We advise all patrons to our performances of the following conditions:

The use of flash photography, video recording or sound recording equipment is strictly prohibited in accordance with our performance rights agreement.

The start time for each performance will be indicated on all publicity including our website, posters and press releases.  Latecomers will be admitted to a performance at the Front of House managers discretion.

All members of the public are covered by Vague Theatre Company's insurance policy whilst within the venue or its grounds.

Tickets may be cancelled up to 48 hours before a performance without charge.

We do not refund tickets for cancellations made within 48 hours of the performance.

We do not refund tickets for 'no shows'.

All tickets are guarenteed against show cancellations.  If a performance is cancelled you will be required to provide proof of purchase (ticket/reciept) in order to recieve a full discount.

Tickets purchased before 5 working days of the performance can be posted to the address supplied at time booking at no additional cost.

Orders placed after this time will not be posted.  They will be retained for collection on the door on the evening of the performance.
